Terms of Service

By accessing or using WibzERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by WIBZ ANALYTICA PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 in India. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

WibzERP is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform designed for Indian businesses. It includes modules for GST compliance, invoicing, inventory management, HRMS, POS, accounting, task management, and related business operations.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to bind your organisation.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into WibzERP. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features.

• Free plans are available with usage limits as described on the Pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during subscription.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable GST.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
• Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis for annual plans.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet service providers, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

WibzERP provides tools to assist with GST compliance, e-invoicing, and tax filing. However, it is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all filings before submission to government portals. We are not a tax advisory service, and the Company is not liable for errors in tax computation or filing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request a data export.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
